Then, you can send us your films and film-shots carefully packed in a bubble envelope (or parcel) well sealed to the following address:

Upon receipt of your package, your films are sorted by process type and sent to processing.
Our processing times may vary depending on our workload. We make sure to process your order as quickly as possible with all our know-how.
We offer development, digitization, but also reading and Prestige prints.
Once your order is processed, it is sent back by La Poste in an adapted packaging...
All orders placed before noon are shipped the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
In case of payment by cheque or bank transfer, the order is shipped upon receipt of payment.
To check the status of your order, log in to your account > My Order History and Details.
Several carriers are available to send your order: Colissimo, DPD, GLS; home delivery or pick-up.
When your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number by e-mail. You will then be able to track your package by consulting the carrier's website.
For metropolitan France, the average time noted is from 24 to 48 hours (no delivery of carriers on weekends). These times are given as an indication only.
It is possible to collect your order, by appointment, directly from our warehouse in Vicq-sur-Breuilh.
You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, paypal or cheque (to be sent to : Labo-argentique - Les Plaines de Réjatas - 87260 Vicq-sur-Breuilh).
Payment by credit card is made via the Clic&Pay platform by Crédit du Nord Group (PCI DSS approved) which ensures the security and transmission of payment data.
Shipping costs are free for orders of 150 € or more to Metropolitan France, with GLS and DPD carriers.
Shipping costs are free for orders of 150 € or more to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands with the carrier GLS.
They include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs.
For orders of a lower amount and/or outside metropolitan France, the shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the parcel. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the goods. We recommend that you group all your items together in one order.
For orders from the photo lab, shipping costs are fixed at 5 €.
In the event of ouf of stock goods, you will be informed during the ordering process.

In case of change of mind concerning the purchase of one or more products, the return of the goods remains at the buyer's expense.
Upon receipt of the products, we will reimburse you the amount of the products (excluding shipping and paypal fees).

Labo-Argentique.com develops your black and white films manually, using methods adapted to current workflows, in order to maintain a constant quality, but also an à la carte offer. The photographer can therefore choose their developer from the following list: D76, Rodinal, Berspeed or PMK.
Contact sheets are handmade on RC paper.
Negatives are supplied in acid and lignin free pergamine sleeves.
Colour negative films are processed with Bellini C41 chemistry.
For standard C41 processing, your films are processed in a Noritsu machine within 2 days after reception (excluding weekends and holidays), then sent back in a suitable box by post. In case of digitization, it is necessary to count a few additional days.
In the case of extensive C41 films, we can only offer manual processing. In this case, the processing time is longer.
We also develop reversal (E6) and cinema (ECN) films in Bellini chemistry. Due to the low volume of development in this process, only manual development is offered.
The negatives are delivered in acid and lignin free pergamine sleeves.
If contact sheets are ordered, the negatives are delivered in transparent sheets.
The contact sheets and prints are printed on RA4 Fuji Crystal Archive paper using our Colenta processor.
We offer to digitise your 135 and 120 films thanks to the equipment of our laboratory equipped with a professional and high precision scanner Noritsu S-1800.
You can choose between 2 file sizes: standard or XL, and 3 output format types: JPEG, 8-bit TIFF and 16-bit TIFF.
If you have a low-speed internet connection, please include a USB stick or SD card with your order.
